Yoga Meditation is a practice one can do either sitting, lying down, or going about one's daily life. To get down to our birthday suit, we have to take off our clothes one piece at a time. To get down to our original being, that which never changes and is always joyous and creative, we have to take off our identities, one at a time, or sometimes we can just strip down all at once, like we had a stripper's tear away suit on. The path to our truth is the "negative way." With each form, whether sensation, thought, feeling, or image, that rises in our field of awareness, we step back and observe it without judgment or labeling.

We realize that, "I am not this...not this." With each "not this" we discard, we pick up more conscious energy, energy that has been locked up in our false identities. Yoga Meditation is the path to freedom from attachment to illusion and conditioned forms of thought and beliefs. While our paths may be many, our truth is always One. Our goal is equanimity and joy.
