Dear Yoga students and those interested in Yoga,
Recemt journal entries cast shades of meaning on the practice of yoga in everyday life as I experience it, and since I don't know how many of you regularly check on my journal, I'm passing them on to you. The best way to understand yoga and meditaion (there is no difference really) is to see it unfolding in real life, and since I'm real life this a great opportunity for you to see what this yoga is all about. But I should remind you that yoga is like a taylor-made suit of clothes that takes the shape of anyone who tries it on. Yet the label is unmistakeable. You just recognize it when you see it. And you know when it is not the real thing.
You can see someone putting their body in a pretzle, and that isn't yoga because you feel you can't do that; you can see someone sitting in meditaion, and even that isn't yoga because you are not doing it.
Yoga is experienced from the inside because it is life—not life thought about or analyzed, not life as something we have to do or should have done, and not life as something we dream about. We are yoga whether we are aware of it or not, but we are just so much more happier when we are aware.
So here are the links that I think you may find interesting.
